This showcase site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party trackers. No account is created and no health data is entered here.

The contact form runs entirely in your browser: it formats a message that you copy or open in your own email client. Nothing is sent to a server from this page.

Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage. That information never leaves your device and can be erased by clearing the site data.

Medical data of Continuum Practice patients is processed as part of the medical record, hosted in Switzerland, and covered by medical confidentiality (art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code) as well as the Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, 2023).

Only your doctor and, where applicable, the care manager you have accepted can access your record. No data is passed to an insurer or an employer.

You may at any time request access, rectification, export or deletion of your data, without having to give a reason. Write to contact@continuum-medical.ch; you will receive an answer within 30 days.
